PRODUCTION TIMES:

All AUNO products are handmade and printed on-demand—once you place an order, we produce it specifically for you. It takes 2-7 business days to process an order before we ship it out.

Most of the orders are processed within 4 business days.

The delivery times may vary significantly depending on circumstances, this does not include any customs delays, weekends, holidays period, and any unforeseen circumstances.

Potential Delays During Holiday Season

Most orders arrive on time. However, due to holiday shipping volumes, some orders may arrive later than our estimates because the shipping carriers experience volume increases.

WHERE ARE THE AUNO PRODUCTS MADE:

All AUNO products are handmade on-demand with love in Los Angeles (CA), Texas (TX), Charlotte (NC), Tijuana (MX), and Europe. Where it's made, depends on which factory is closest to you and which has the capacity to take orders at the moment you place an order.

Orders up to $100 -  $6.99 (domestic) or $10.99+ (international)
Orders above $100 - FREE

 

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

AUNO does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

 

CUSTOMS DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

For all international orders outside of the USA. You may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. 

Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by AUNO. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

 

SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information.

The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery.

AUNO does not issue refunds and takes responsibility for lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
